METHODS OF KEEPING THE DIGSTIVE SYSTEM CLEAN
Students level 5 were taught how to keep their digestive tract clean. The methods explained were for daily cleaning, weekly and 6 months once. Saraswathy Odian assisted by Kishanraj explained how to build stronger immune system. Each student was given Veppangaram juice (bitter juice made of neem leaves) to taste and method of preparing the juice was explained. The urine observance chart was distributed to each student for them to complete and bring the following week.

Elements of nature is explained effectively by Kishan Ramajayam with anecdotes and stories to get the level one (age group 6-7) students involved in the subjects.

Each finger represent different elements in nature. Kishan Ramajayam explains how we could maintain the balance in our body with the use of each finger.

Level 1 students eagerly jotting down what they learn. Each students use their own hand as a model to draw on their work book. This was followed by colouring and labelling to ensure they could grasp the messages effectively.

Kishanraj Ramajayam, a Medical Assistant (Advance Diploma In Surgery) and a former student of Penang Suya Meiyarivagam is all geared to share his knowlege on human body functions and its connection to the well-being of an individual. Kishan distributed motion checking list to students and ask them to monitor their motion which will be discussed in the following weeks.
